This year, Standard accommodation will be on campus,  this will be in Grosvenor House in the centre of the campus.

Self-catering accommodation will also be on campus, this will be in the houses in Church College Close.

All accommodation is limited and allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.  So book early to avoid disappointment.

Again this year, the dojos will be situated in the Old Gym and Small Hall. Both only a short walk from the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellations received before the 1st July will receive a full refund on training fees and an 80% refund on accommodation. It will only be possible to refund training fees for cancellations after this date.

Please note that it is not possible to offer standard accomodation without breakfast.

Course Fees - Children

Training Options
Full Day Training (£10 - payable at Summer School)

Children are welcome to train at Summer School on Saturday and on Monday to Friday.  The classes on Sunday can be very busy and for safety reasons we do not wish to have chldren on the mats.

Please register and pay the required fees at Summer School (no online registration is required).

Booking & Payment

This year the booking form is online so, there will be no need to post or email this separately.  This is accessed via the button below. 

Payment can still be made by either Post (cheque) or Bank Transfer; the details for both options are incorporated in the form below. 

On completion of your booking we will automatically be sent your booking details.  You will automatically be sent a confirmation of your booking to the email address you enter.

Remember to bring your membership books (proof of insurance), Yudansha Books and grading forms.


Important Notice
It is essential that you register as early as possible on Saturday 17th August.  We cannot guarantee that you will be able to collect your keys if you arrive later in the day without prior arrangement with the Summer School Team.
